What If?

Today has a weather pattern of . . . what if?

We are settled in for the weekend, come what may.  There is always plenty of food in our pantry.

What causes Dennis more concern than the snow is the high winds predicted.  Electrical issues can be serious.

For us, today, it is a lazy day.  I am reading and stitching and Dennis is cleaning an old gun out in the patio porch.

The four-way stop sign, or lack there of, a half block from us, is allowing the city police to fill their quota these last several days.  Live and learn folks.

I have a dental appointment on Monday morning.  Hmm.  Having teeth fall out means that there will be some digging to get the below surface stuff out of the mouth.  Ish.  Did I mention I have a fear of dentists ever since we saw Dr. Miller in Gibbon on his second floor corner office?  I had soft teeth and I always felt sorry for mom and dad with the dental bill.  We had to have our dental cards signed before the start of each school year.  I can still smell the scent as the drill would grind its way to prepare for a filling.  The smell was akin to singeing chickens’ pin feathers during butchering time.  Ya . . . let that play around in your mind.

With that I take my leave.  ♥
