No such thing as “same old, same old” here in the basement on Stauffer Avenue. Right now there is no sewing studio. What we are striving for is a more orderly area that will deserve to be a sewing studio. Oh my gosh! Every container, every little cute box and every plastic envelope is being looked at. What makes the cut is in a covered container and there is a label on the outside of it. Granted, now more than ever there shouldn’t be a problem with dust . . . dirty dust that is. Now, lint . . . that’s a whole other situation when it comes to fabrics and threads.

I don’t want to repeat this in just as many years in the future as it has been for so, so many years in the past. Enough already. By the way . . . why wouldn’t marbles be better stored in blue glass Mason fruit jars rather than an open basket. Dah!
