One of these days I will have to find my camera and post a photo or so. Today I was able to sit and read for several hours on end. I was waiting for Dennis to complete an EEG, also known as a brain scan. In life it is better to be proactive rather than reactive. He said it was a barrage of flashing lights, some with eyes open, some with closed, intermingled with questions from time to time. Time will tell more before he has the MRI next Thursday. It seems the timing is great. Get the doctor miles in before we have to be on ice and snow packed roads. Wouldn’t that be just what is needed to enter into tests . . . all wired with road stress.

No matter what the outcome, we know that there is no point in doing the “let’s wait and see what happens.” We are now home safe and sound and the patient in the recliner is checking his eyelids for cracks. I, on the other hand, am enjoying the rest of the cold breakfast coffee.
