What a Great Sunny Day

What a great sunny day. We hit 45 degrees with the birds chirping as I have not heard for a long, long time. Today was a special day as family members popped in for a visit. With lots of coffee and food the flow of conversation was continuous. As our families have taken on extended family members, the visits between the siblings has become less and less. My sister Elvera lives in Stewart Minnesota, and my brother Calvin Wendlandt lives in Decorah, Iowa. We were missing my brother Michael Wendlandt that lives in the rural Stewart area. He has just completed radiation and chemo and is resting for the next of scheduled appointments. Out of site, but surely not out of mind. Our photographers for the day were hubby Dennis and Calvin’s wife Lois. Good job! Today with the spring breeze the sun felt warmer than it has for a long time. Life on Stauffer is sweet.
