A Long Day

We needed to see the wound doctor today in Mankato.  Because of the rain, ice and snow flurries we left for Mankato this morning for a 1:45 appointment.  That was a wise move.

After seven days since Dennis’ surgery, the reveal was highly anticipated as Dr. Renee unwrapped the foot.  The incision with its tidy stitches looks good.  Dennis needs to continue staying off the foot as much as possible.

We got home at four thirty.  Dennis stayed with me while I did the livestock chores.  Moral support is always appreciated.

I am making this short and sweet.  Tomorrow is another day.
